Board of Assessors Property Inspections

The Assessor's Office will be conducting an annual inspection of properties sold during calendar year 2015 and properties issued a Building Permit during calendar year 2014/2015. A representative from the Board of Assessors will visit your property over the next few weeks.

If you are not home at the time of the visit, a notice will be left for you to contact the Assessor's office to schedule an appointment to conduct an interior inspection and verify that the permit work is complete.
